Better online sales, without losing what makes your business yours.
I help small and medium food and farming businesses improve their websites and customer journeys — and act as the marketing manager they need, without the cost of a full-time hire.
What I do
Three ways to work together, depending on how much support you want. No marketing jargon — I'll always explain, in plain terms, exactly how every penny is being spent.
A full review of your website and customer journey, with a short, plain-English report on what's worth fixing first.
Putting the audit into practice — smoother checkout, simple follow-up emails, tidier product pages. Agreed upfront, no open-ended clock.
A steady hand running campaigns and refining the journey as you grow. Where you need outside help — a website build, paid ads, photography — I'll find the right agency or freelancer, brief them properly, and hold them to account on results. Effectively your marketing manager, without a full-time hire.
Why I do this
Honestly — I just love this work. Mapping out a customer journey, watching a website start to perform harder, seeing cost per acquisition come down and retention improve, making the same media budget work harder for a client. That's what gets me up in the morning.
I've spent my career doing this for direct-to-consumer food brands — Gousto, Bella & Duke, Natures Menu — and I want smaller food and farming businesses to get the benefit of that thinking too, without the agency price tag.
I also keep my own flock of pedigree Dorset sheep, so I understand a farm business from the inside as well as the marketing behind one.
